Diana Capital enters Gransolar
Diana Capital enters the photovoltaic company Gransolar. The Spanish private equity fund joins the shareholding after contributing 20 million in a capital increase.
Spanish private equity firm Diana Capital is reactivating its buyout activity. A year after its last investment, the fund headed by Francisco Gómez-Zubeldia has taken a minority stake – not specified – in the photovoltaic group Gransolar, which specializes in the construction and turnkey maintenance of industrial solar projects in Spain and abroad.
