Diana Capital fund enters Grupo Lappí with 46% of the capital
The private equity firm Diana Capital has acquired a 46% stake in Grupo Lappí, through a capital increase, an operation that will allow this Sevillian company to “take an important leap” in its growth plan, according to its chairman, Antonio Lappí, who will continue to maintain control of the company.
