Aurora Intelligent Nutrition, headquartered in Estepa (Seville), is a leading Spanish contract manufacturer of functional food and nutritional supplements, with more than 12,000 formulas developed. Its main products range from nutritional supplements to functional bars, gels and gummies. The company operates three production facilities and logistics warehouses covering more than 30,000 sqm, employs over 300 people and exports more than 40% of its sales, primarily to Europe.
Value creation
The investment will enable Diana Capital to acquire a minority stake in Aurora, while the Moreno family and the management team will remain shareholders and fully aligned with the project. The new capital will be used to drive growth through investments in production capacity expansion, robotics and automation, product development and international expansion, supporting a committed management team led by members of the founding family in a sector experiencing strong structural growth.
