Value Creation
In February 2015, Diana Capital and its co-investors joined Estanda’s shareholding structure to boost the company’s organic growth plan. Since then, Estanda has diversified its business, focusing on expansion in the industrial, cement and mining sectors. The company currently serves customers in more than 70 countries.
Estanda is committed to minimising its impact on the environment through a business model based on the circular economy, given that the raw material used is recycled scrap and more than 92% of its moulding sands are recycled. Recently, the company completed a major green transformation project, migrating all its electricity sources to renewables. It has also improved the quality of the manufacturing process, reducing waste by 70%, as well as managing waste, reducing it from 10,000 tonnes to 3,000 tonnes.
