Grupo Guascor

In June 2006, Diana Capital acquired a minority stake, co-investing with Axis-ICO, in the Guascor group, which specializes in the design, manufacturing, and operation of engines for electricity generation in isolated areas, as well as environmental impact mitigation and bioenergy applications. The company was also active in the wind and solar energy sectors.

Value Creation

With the support of Diana Capital as a financial partner, Guascor seized the opportunity presented by energy generation in isolated areas, mainly rural regions around the world, and significantly expanded its solar and wind business, diversifying its geographic presence.
