Since 1959, Lappí has been a benchmark in the labelling sector in Southern Europe. Grupo Lappí’s labels cover a wide range of consumer products, mainly in the food and beverage, oils, household products and personal hygiene sectors.
Value Creation
Since Diana Capital’s investment, Grupo Lappí has opted for operational reinforcement and to consolidate its expansion strategy through acquisitions. These acquisitions include Gráficas Llopart and Gráficas Martorell, Gráfica Caliponense and CPM-Penta Group, which have enabled Grupo Lappí to become the sector leader in the Iberian Peninsula and fifteenth in Europe. It currently has six production plants, three in Spain and three in Portugal. It also exports 41% of its sales, reaching countries in Europe, America and Africa.
Grupo Lappí bases its strategy on environmental management. It uses 100% sustainable forest materials (FSC certification), non-toxic inks and varnishes, and it was the pioneer in its sector in recording its carbon footprint. It is also a member of SEDEX, part of the CDP database, and holds certifications in environment, food safety, quality and corporate social responsibility.
